Neil Chambers (born September 5, 1974 in the United States) is an American designer, writer, blogger and green building expert. He heads the green design and consulting company Chambers Design, Inc which was founded in 2005. In 2002, Chambers co-founded Green Ground Zero to advocate for the rebuilding of Lower Manhattan to be green in the aftermath of the terrorist's attack of September 11, 2001.
